Catholic Social Teaching

Catholic Social Teaching

Below are a series of modules to help introduce board members to Catholic Social Teaching. These resources are designed to support the induction and formation of school board members.

The Catholic Social Teaching resources are designed to introduce board members to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching and to encourage discussion about what these principles mean in the school context.

The modules are designed as a 10 minute formation activity to be held at each school board meeting.

Each module contains information, discussion and doing theology. Most modules have a short video that can be used to introduce the teaching to board members.

Also included are optional extra resources in the form of PowerPoint presentations, per topic for deeper exploration.
